    "have you ever thought that the sky was endlessly dark..."


    "..and then you look up, and see a million stars." ♥

    i was browsing on the Library Headquarters this morning when i found this small book on the shelf. I got this worst habit of procrastinating so instead of looking for a book about American Government, I kinda read some parts of the book written by a not-so famous writer. Honestly, I can't remember the title of the book (gosh! i'm getting old already!). All I can remember is that, the title has a "blurred" word on it. I can't even remember the author of the book! imagine that? The author is a guy (i'm so sure of that) and so I get curious about that book. I like books that was written by a man because it's always straight-forward unlike the books written by a woman that tends to "beat around the bush" and contains a lot of "flowery metaphor".

    Okay..I browse randomly on the content of the book and for some reason, I stopped on this particular page that has a headline: "have you ever thought that the sky was endlessly dark.....and then you look up, and see a million stars." That line made me think real deep. For some people, that sentence doesn't make any sense but if you'd only pause for a while and take time to think about it..it contains a lot of sense right? - We all have problems..we all endure different kinds of pain..we cry.. And there's always a time that all we can see is darkness..we let go..we lose hope. But only if we search through that darkness that we will see the light. It may take time and perseverance but trust me, it's worth it. God didn't gave us those problems to punish us..He wants us to grow, and be the best person we can be. He wants us to seek..He wants us to open our hearts and minds to the reality that's in front of us. I always feel bad when things are out of my control..i get sooo mad but then i realized that maybe God has another plan for me. So i keep searching..i keep wandering..i would not stop because if i did, that's the end of it. Once I gave up, that's it. I would no longer get a chance to see the stars.

    So please don't give up. Please don't lose hope. You can make it! God is there and will always be there for you. Just open your heart and mind, soon...you'll see the million stars.

    Always look on the bright side of everything!
    Let's be optimistic here..

    i'm planning to go back to that Library some time next week if i have time to read that book. I'm sure it's a very interesting book.
